Gloworm 38CXI continual pressure drop

Hi - my Gloworm 38CXI drops pressure and needs filling with water practically daily. I had the pressure release valve replaced which was sludged up. I had a new rad fitted to the system and since then the pressure has dropped.

There are no obvious leaks in the system, the rads are full and hot. What other reason could be causing this please? It may have clogged the valve again since the new one was fitted?

Any help gratefully received!
