Hi, My boiler keeps turning it self off. I re-light the pilot light and it fire's up no problem, then after about a min or two it just cuts out completely. Has anyone experienced the same problem, if so could you please help as my family are freezing.

Could be the thermocouple on its last legs, could be a partially blocked pilot injector not giving a full pilot flame.

Needs and RGI to inspect.

I have now turned off the hot water and heating and the pilot light will now stay on, but as soon as I turn the heating or hot water on, it will fire up for around a minute, then cut out taking the pilot light with it. Any idea's?

Blocked pilot injector, as said before RGI territory though.
