Glowworm 18HXI condensing boiler squealing noise

We have a 6 year old Glowworm 18HXI condensing boiler. It is making a really loud squealing noise when it first starts up, which lasts about half an hour. When it has warmed up it is fine. Does anyone know what it could be?
 
probably needs a service, new door seal and CO2 ratio setting up.
