If you have an outside tap ,hose pipe, and a drain cock on a radiator or somewhere else on the central heating system ,you can pressurise the system to at least get your heating on .

Thank you @terryplumb I'll have a look into that.
The other end of the blue handled valve is a fill valve, it will be stuck, they are totally useless , best to get an external filling loop fitted, as @terryplumb says you can top up with an outside tap as a temp measure
