Hi and thanks in advance for you help.
I have a Glowworm Compact 24c. Fitted a month ago, I've had nothing but problems with this boiler so far.
The main issue I'm having is that the boiler will make a very loud vibration / rattling noise that will rattle the whole house. Usually it's happened when the CH has been on for a while.
The first two times it happened 20 mins and 10 mins into the heating being on, there was a bit of gas pipe that wasn't upgraded as part of the original install so heatable came back to upgrade the whole section to 22mm from the meter to the boiler (around 3 - 4 m), straight after, glowworm came out and also replaced the pump (as he deemed it was noisy (it did sound a lot quieter after he left) and the gas diverter valve.)
The glowworm tech thought it could have been low gas pressure or the pump getting stuck, it's was fine for a week and today it made the noise again, this time, the heating was already on for an hour (and the boiler had a 2 hour boost from the thermostat.)
The flame icon is on when this happens, it'll either struggle for a bit (40 ish seconds) and then sort itself out like the first time it happened, or if I turn off the demand for heating, the noise stops.
Does anyone have any idea what the noise could be? I thought it would have been fixed with all of this, but seems like it hasn't.
Noise starts around 3 seconds in -
Thank you
