Only one conservative MP was charged with electoral wrongdoing today.
Craig Mackinlay, who is running again on 8 June, stands accused under the Representation of the People Act 1983, alongside his election agent Nathan Gray and party activist Marion Little.
His agent criticised the police for not hushing up the crime until after the election, when it might have gone unnoticed. He said that it has been known since 18 April that the file had gone to the CPS.
Unfortunately, Theresa says he has her full support, which will probably be the kiss of death for the man.
