GOT HOT WATER BUT COLD RADIATORS

OK. You don't have to like plumbing to solve this one.

How is the pump oriented?

If it's pumping vertically upwards then usually there wouldn't be a problem.

If it's pumping horizontally, then it depends on the route of the pipework.

If it's pumping vertically downwards then there's probably air trapped in the pipework above the pump. If I found one positioned like this then I'd add a vent at the highest point of the pipework that's leading to the pump.

Pump is horizontal. Pipe from boiler goes up through ceiling, then right angle joint to pump and on to pipework under floor
 
And where do the vent and cold feed connect?

Any chance of a picture?
