is the problem with ALL upstairs taps - or just the Shower?? if only the Shower, then there lies your problem
yes all upstairs taps....the boiler wont stay fired up when there turned on
but downstairs hot tap turned on the boiler stays fired
Got to get to the bottom of this problem with my boiler

Check the non Return valves fitted to your shower could be a back flow when upstairs taps are operated
