Grant Vortex 26e - CH & HW led’s flashing

I needs some help please. My Grant Vortex 26e boiler has developed a fault.
Both CH & HW pump led’s are flashing continuously - I’ve tried switching it off & putting it back on, but it won’t reset.
I found a fault with the CH pump, so I’ve replaced it. Last year it had a new expansion tank & HW pump.
There are no obvious faults.
I’ve unplugged everything except from the PCB except for the Mains plug & the fault remains.
Got a bad feeling it’s the PCB.
Any advice would be brilliant. Thanks

If you have just changed the ch pump or vented it you've got some water on PCB.
Common problem for the unwary.
Try a hair dryer can sometimes bring them back to life.
Otherwise new board
Grant have used 2 very different boards make sure you get correct one.
We use heating World of spares for new boards.
