Gravity fed low hot water pressure - pump?

No, no problems with hard water.

I have been given mixed messages from people visiting as to where I could locate a combi. Current boiler is over stairs, obviously been there for decades, serviced every year no complaints - I also access it to relight if goes out. But now two visitors tell me that Worcester Bosch boiler cannot go over stairs due to servicing (even though there is clearance all round). Five others, quoting for WB or Viessmann, say no problem, and I can't find anything on this in WB manuals. Alternative options near zero given need for vent etc. All these complications make me think pump a better option. But probably still quite expensive to fit and would be a shame to spend a lot of existing boiler does then go bust in a year's time.

Can usually find a convenient space. None have a pilot light so don't need relit.

If out of the way then the filling loop can be put somewhere that is easily accessible.
