Hi Everybody
I am having a problem with my Greenstar 24i boiler, due to the cold weather it has gone down. There is power to the boiler but no light on the flame indicator and also no pressure. The reset button is on red and the blue indicator is flashing every couple of seconds. When I press the reset button the flame indicator comes on for a couple of seconds then goes back off and then the boiler makes a strange gurgling and banging sound.
The boiler is situated in the attic bedroom and I believe the extraction pipe goes through the roof, also the copper piping supplying the water goes through the eves directly under the roof.
Please help as I have a frozen pregnant wife who is asking why I have not fixed it yet
