I had the boiler installed around 2009 and for the 1st time ever I have no heating or hot water, The green pilot light is not on, there is no error code and the blue light is flashing.
I have tried resetting it, even switched it off at the mains but still nothing, water pressure is fine.
Any ideas?

Your boiler doesn't have a pilot light, the green neon indicates that it burner has ignited.
as Said, you'll need someone to look at it.
