Hi

I've just read the posts by wedmonds from a year or two back and have the same issue with a virtually brand new £200+ concealed system (38422) and the airflush button (38506).

It's in a little used bathroom and all worked fine for a month or so but now almost every time the thing is flushed the valve does not close and water pours into the bowl - it doesn't trickle, it comes into the cistern to re-fill it and goes straight into the bowl at the same rate!

The general consensus in the wedmonds thread seemed to be that this was a bit of design flaw on Grohe's part. Can anything be done (by me) or do I need to get Grohn to sort it out?

One slight problem is that, like a fool, I had it concealed behind a false 1/2 height wall and it's tiled in (doh!) so I can only get to it through the button hole or with a b****y chisel !
