Grohe wireless shower issue

Hi, I have a Grohe wireless shower with 45441 main unit and 45440 remote control. The main unit works fine but the remote has stopped working, when you press start the three preset lights light up green and nothing happens. I've tried changing the batteries and re-registering the remote but no luck. Does anyone know how to fix this?
