What's a rough idea of per square metre prices for GRP roof fitted (generic, no branded "sysstem") at the moment? (by fitted, I mean all the stuff, plus the time etc for it to be laid and finished)
I did my mum's extension and attic conversion in 2001. She paid for the materials. excluding the new ply it took two of us a day to do each roof (approx 20 sq m per roof).
To be honest we not working as fast as a pro would have.
I would guess that two professional fitters could have done both roofs in 60% of the time.
Work on the assumption that you are being charged £200 per person per day (depending on where you live) and then factor in the material costs, plus parking charges, and then VAT and then any margin attributable to those "checkatrade" sites.
