Grundfos Shower Pump - Only pumping cold

Hi, Had a Grundfos shower pump installed a month ago to recommended instructions (servicing two showers). Now we have no hot water being pumped to the showers and the pump is very noisy. Hot water comes through when the pump not used, so I assume that the pump is only pumping cold water.
Any thoughts please?
