hi .... I have been quoted £250 to replace and fit a GU multi lock 4 roller bar lock on my conservatory door. does anyone think this is a bit over the top ?

Ok so its 18 years old and will eventually become obsolete but as of now is still readily available so someone is trying it on with you, maybe trying to justify the high quote?

not too hard to fit its whether you come across anything else that's where the experience comes in but I would normally charge about £90- £130 for that job depending on cost of lock
