gu10, MR 16 vs intergrated led downlighters

Hi guys
I know there are both led variants for GU10 and MR16 bulbs so I was wondering is there any advantages in using more expensive led down lighters? Are they more energy efficient? Any other advantages if so?

Just trying to weigh up pro and cons because they're like 3 times the price and it's hard to get them in quantity. It seems the gu10/MR16 fitting are more popular

An LED bulb will use a considerably less amount of electric. Life of an LED bulb is a lot longer than the GU10s and Mr16s. Over the course of its lifetime, You will see a saving on electric bills.
