Gutter union reducer 4.5" to to 4"

Have a leak between my neighbours gutter and mine. Mines 4.5" 114mm, theirs is smaller possibly 4" (I will measure it soon). I can't seem to find and unions to joint these properly?

With expansion etc I don't think sealant will last using a 114mm union?

It's been leaking a number of years and looks like they used sealant when installing them.

Not had chance to get up there with the rain it's a guess at the 4" as I can see an old gutter bracket the same size as mine and there's a good 1-2cm of free space between it and their gutter.. It's been up atleast 10 years.
