this is my first post so not sure if in the right forum.
My question is about the weight limits that Attic trusses can support? I have an attic / loft which has been built with attic trusses so I have a room up there with plenty of room. I was hoping to put a home gym up there but I am a bit worried about the weight limitations. I want to put a gym up there with about 200kg of weights. This would be over an area of about 7' x 4'.
Is this too much weight for an attic?
