Not reaaly an appliance but a necessary piece of equipment in the house these days for women.
A pair of GHD straighteners has went fauly.
On taking them apart I hace found that the temperature controller part under one of the ceramic plates is permenantly open circuit.
The second plate on the other half relies on the supply through this as well so both halves are U/S.
All wiring OK and no intermuttent connections found.
Problem is I am having serious difficulty in tracking these temperature controllers down - or even equivelant looking items which will fit the bill.
GHD do not have a part number on this.
Can anyone help?
