Hairline cracks on wall...how to fix? Advice needed please.

Hi All,

Here's a picture of a couple of hairline cracks on a wall that needs painting. My hand is in the picture to give you some context of size. When I press the crack I can see the paint move...it's very slight but noticeable. I don't want this turning into a major job so is there a quick fix I can do before painting?

I should add that I intended on sanding down with 120 grit sandpaper before painting too unless that's really not needed?
