Halstead Ace boiler

My boiler recently started cycling on and off whilst drawing hot water.
I followed the manufactures servicing guide and cleaned the burner, fan, probes ect. Before I put the sealed front on I tried the boiler and it worked fine.
Once I screwed the sealed front on the burner started cycling on and off again.
Any one got any ideas?

Yes.
Stop playing with gas flow parts which could get you into trouble and call a Corgi!
