Isn't it still under the warrantee?

Are you sure the gas supply is flowing properly?

Is it on a bulk tank or a replaceable cylinder ( which might be getting too cold to supply enough gas in cold weather! ).

To save my valuable time could you look in the book and tell us what those codes relate to?

If your time is so valuable, perhaps you shouldn't spend so much time on here

led 3 & 4 is ignition lock out after 5 attempts.

Could be spark electrodes, gas valve, loose connections, no gas etc etc.

Since it runs for a while before failing a simple non CORGI check would be to see if the condensate trap is clean ( and not frozen up ).
