Halstead Quattra – DHW slow response

Dear all
When only domestic hot water on demand the radiators get very hot before the DHW reaches the pre set temperature, is it the diverter valve?

Many thanks for the confirmation, i was not quite sure if it is the diverter valve. It is the same symptoms that happened in my other house SEMI super 90 boiler and it was sorted out by replacing the diverter valve.
