Hardwearing Durable paint after damp proof course?

I have recently had a new damp proof course done with a sand and cement render before the skim coat. I believe you can’t do any permanent decoration for six months just breathable emulsion paints.

I will be renting out this property so can’t wait six months before doing a final paint coat. I don’t think I will be able to use a vinyl matt as it may bubble up. Are there any other durable paints (scrubable) that are breathable that people would recommend?

I was under the impression that a standard vinyl matt would be OK, they allow some moisture to evaporate outwards (less than contract paints though).

Off hand I cannot think of any suitable "washable" finishes. If the dirt cannot penetrate the surface then the water in the cement render cannot go anywhere either.
