I recently had a problem with a Harris product. The understanding, assistance and responce I received from Mr N Parsons in their Quality Assurance Department was excellent. It was refreshing to find a company which offered no excuses, acknowledged the problem and forwarded a replacement to Dublin Ireland by return AIRMAIL post. I wish to, openly thank Mr Parsons and Harris and further to assure both that in future I will always opt for Harris products. Just thought the members here might like to know how Harris treat their customers.
