hdmi ports thingy

hi guys - in the process of having the whole house rewired..so i though now is a good chance to install all the hdmi/power cable behind the wall so they are hidden. Tv is going to hang on the chimney breast..so i thought id hide all the wires, cables etc...what do you call that unit that has hdmi/power ports etc that will be behind the tv ?..dont want to see wires hanging down the wall....ta
