My boiler n radiators don't seem to be warming up like they should downstairs seem to get the warmest but upstairs don't get warm only on the bottom n my pipes are very noisy can anyone help[/code]

Sounds like low system pressure,
look at the pressure guage, usually bottom left hand side of boiler on pipe.
What does it read when the system is cold?
Should be around the 1bar mark, if not top it up using the filling loop to 1 bar, air/vent/bleed the rads to make sure no air is in them, top up again to 1 bar and fire up the boiler.
search the forum for filling loop if unsure what i mean.
