It isn't a case of defending him, he means zero to me, it is about brandishing him a rapist same as brandishing anyone else for that matter as a rapist.

I get your point on the question, but he has not been convicted by a court so therefore he is not a convicted rapist
 
Is being a rapist, but not a convicted rapist Ok?

Time and again on these boards we get the same point “but he’s not a ‘convicted’ rapist”. Why not save the pedantry for oxford comma’s, or using the correct ‘there, their, they’re’. Nit-picking over what sort of rapist someone is is a little insulting for the victims.

I am only saying that if someone hasn't been commited of an offence then technically or whater he isn't a rapist.

I think banter between a few blokes is what it was, I agree a bit of a severe thing to say which I personally wouldn't but not everyone is the same
