NEW YORK, Jan 8 (Reuters) - Donald Trump cannot argue to a jury assessing damages at the writer E. Jean Carroll's upcoming defamation trial that he did not rape her in the mid-1990s, based on another jury having found that he only sexually abused her, a U.S. judge has ruled.

Therefore calling him a rapist is incorrect unless you specifically want to try to twist the meaning of the word in order to call him a rapist. No judge has ever said it is ok to call trump a rapist. the jury did not find Trump liable for rape and instead found him liable for a lesser degree of sexual abuse. In July 2023, Judge Kaplan said that the verdict found that Trump had raped Carroll according to the common definition of the word, i.e. not necessarily implying penile penetration

Twist words as much as you like in order to make your poison tongue right, it isnt right calling him a rapist so try another. Already had two other comments that are outright lies too, Nosenowt accusing him of child abuse with no mention anywhere of that, Stivino stating that a judge has told everyone that it is ok to call trump a rapist, no eidence there either. Absolute disgrace by grown men using these terrible crimes to make their case of hate look ok. It isn't ok at all, it is disgusting.
