heat line c28 water problem

I have the exact same problem with mine now, did you ever get to the bottom of this problem matey?
If not could anybody shed any light on this problem? My mate is a 20yr gas fitter and I think this one has stumped him ! :D
 
thanks guys. i have solved my problem by changing the water turbine and the flow sensor. it all works beautifully. thanks to all of you.
