Heathrea Sadia upper element fitting CL210

I have an old type CL210 Heatrea Sadia with only bottom element fitted and a blank insert on the upper position.

The part has been ordered according to HS 95606964 but when the enginner come to fit the elemnt said that the brass boss with the new element is different from the bottom one (spanner type) and the new element has not facility to putt a cup like the bottom to cover wiring.

The enginner said maybe the upper element for that heater is discontinued.

Can some one assist how to and where to get the element witn spanner type boss with cup
