Heating a bathroom

Question; is electric underfloor, i.e. a Devimat, completely OTT to put into a tiled floor bathroom when it will already have a convection radiator in there anyway?
The radiator will certainly heat the bathroom properly but will it take the chill from the tiles on the floor sufficiently during winter?
(a wet system isn't an option in this instance)

I have an inkling that if I do put in a Devimat then I may never use it.
However I'd hate to be kicking myself for not putting one in if the tiles are very cold to the touch.
Damned if I do, damned if don't?

Costs a bit to install though, which would be a waste if it was never used.
I guess I was hoping for someone here to sway me one direction or the other.

well We install a lot of it and customers like it.

ALSO and more important.

It means that in summer when the heating isnt on the bathroom (where youl be cold out the bath) can still be heated independently.
