Hello!

I woke up this morning to find that I had no hot water but the central heating is fine. The water warms up occasionally but doesnt get very warm. I was hoping someone could enlighten me as to what the problem could be, and whether I need to call someone out to fix it.

Cheers!
Helen :)

Yeah I woke up this morning and found someone had nicked my crystal ball  :!:
Now I cannot tell what boiler people have got without them telling me.

Hmmm unlucky!

Dont know the boiler other than to say their not very good.

Probably divertor valve area although poor temperature could be several other issues.
No hot water atall i.e boiler not firing is certainly in that area though.

Someone else may enlighten you further

Stan

It sounds as if the diverter valve has failed.

What are you going to do now?

My friend has a friend who is a heating engineer and he said he would come have a look at the boiler. Im very tempted to get a new boiler, this one has been nothing but trouble since I moved in!
Thanks for everyones help!
Helen
