My Ravenheat RSF 820/T fanned combi boiler will not supply hot water fo more than 2 mins before going cold again, then have to wait 2-3 minutes for hot water again. Can anyone suggest what the problem is?

Sounds like it is going to overheat and cutting out. Could simply be a faulty ch thermistor, very common on these, especially if it is on a dirty system.
Try replacing this first. I must point out that to replace this will entail removing the combustion chamber front panel, which should only be carried out by a competent person.
