heating pump position

hi,
got a small 3-bed semi with boiler on ground floor, the guy wants to move his cylinder and tanks up into the loft from the airing cupboard, wondered what the best location for the pump is, can this be moved up into the loft with the cylinder and tanks or is it best fitted downstairs near the boiler, any help much appreciated
it is a standard vented system

as long as its after the f/e and vent pipe on the flow side you shouldnt have a problem siting it anywhere.
