Heating system blockages

Plenty of hot water and but three problems. Tanks in loft conventional system.

Air getting into system
Radiators heating up when hot water only on
Noisy on start up

Someone suggested may be blockages. Have been in cupboard and a magnet does stick to some parts of the pipes but not all the pipes. Especially round the pump.
The port valve is permanently to the left even when water is heating. Don’t know if that’s right.

Ive attached two photos. Struggling to get anyone out to the house and when I get someone I want to make sure they’re telling me the truth and not fobbing me off. I’d imagine if these pipes need to be cut it won’t be easy. Tight space.

A magnet shouldn’t stick to the pipework, so that would indicate a blockage. The rads heating up, will be down to the 3 port motorised valve you have, but if you have debris/sludge in the system, this will want sorting before another valve (if that’s 100% the issue) is fitted, as this will only cause the new one to fail prematurely. Noise can also be sludge/blockage.
