Heating won't switch off

I have a fairly new Tempus 7 controller (3 months) and a problem has recently started happing where the radiators stay on despite the controller saying that they are off. Changing from the timed setting to 'off' makes no difference and I have started turning the power off as it seems to be the only way to stop it. Switching the power back on makes no difference as they come back on again.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

need more info on your system , could be a motorised valve sticking on . but unless we know what you have its hard to diagnose it.
