Heatline 28c low pressure no hot water

Hi boiler is low pressure and no idea how to increase it all there is a yellow valve.

Do not turn the yellow handle - that is a gas isolation valve. Sad to say it’s the illegally fitted single valve between the cold pipe and heating return pipe seen better on the 2nd photo. If it’s rented property it needs to be pointed out to your landlord, to be corrected. If it’s your own property then you need a proper one.

The silver valve in your pic use a screwdriver to turn the slot you will hear water filling once the boiler shows between 1-1.5 Bar then close the valve again and as @CBW correctly says that needs sorting properly
