HELP!! Hot water but no heating

in your last pic the receiver unit in the boiler is set to auto (white circle) move this slide switch to manual (black circle) wait a good few minutes and see if the heating comes on , if it does your thermostat is not paired , if it doesnt you have a boiler fault probably the diverter valve

See first reply ! Boiler working on hot water but not heating is a boiler fault if controls call for heat which your post first stated !

With no pressure the boiler shouldn't have fired up for hot water anyway !

well if that didnt work then you have a diverter valve problem contact the boiler manufacturer might still be under warranty

If you have not had the heating on for a while make sure all the rad valves are open.

Has anyone else touched the boiler ? Just wondering if the flow & return valves are open. Under the boiler where the pipes go into it, the valves furthest left & right should have the handles in line with the pipes.
