Help identify this cartridge

Hi,

I have looked at all the major sites and cannot seem to find out the manufacturer of this thermostatic cartridge. The head of the cartridge is a bit longer than many of them out there.

I think the existing cartridge is gone as shower is not heating anymore and its mixing in the rest of the house.

Here are pictures. Any help will be much appreciated.

Have you tried Showerdoc? If they can't help, I'd be surprised.

Looks like a Tavistock mixer.
