Hello all, I went to fix this radiator and found out the trv head was missing. The trv was old style and I failed to identify it. Its not the common screw but has hooks as pictured.

Basically there are seven rads but none of them had any trv on them.

I will apprecaite if someone can guide me from where I can get this trv head replacement.

Thanks.

Forget it just fit a new trv.

You're wasting your time trying to get a head, Believe me.

Giacommini (misspelt I think). Can’t you just check an adjacent rad?

Thank you Dangee, I have checked and this is 'Giacomini'. Will get this one and checked that it will fit. Saved me a lot of hassle.

Thank you gasbanni, was trying to find quick solution so hopefully the one suggested by Dangee will fit. There are few other adiators and all needs new heads. Wil get one first and hopefully will fit to get all others.

You can get a trv with a 5 year warranty for less than a tenner from the plumb centre. ( I think its bulldog or terrier from peggler)

Programmable blue tooth trv's do me a favour !!!

It's nothing of a job to bang a standard trv on.
Plus you could get one of these over engineered heads use an adapter and the pin could be stuck siezed or leaking on the existing body.

It really is not worth messing about with, do it right . Do it once and you can forget about it.

I never faff about replacing just heads for the reasons I've said.
