Help identifying tile trim

Hi

I've recently bought a house with a recently fitted bathroom which is half finished. The tiling trim used (as per pics) is a brushed metal effect 75mm high. I've no other way of identifying as there are no markings

I've no idea where to get another box to finish the job!

Any ideas where to try?

If there metal good luck as a last resort any machinest could make them but they wont be cheap
