Help kitchen cupboard doors

Hello there,

Some of the cupboard doors on my kitchen are a bit worn and I thought that there is nothing to do but to renovate the full kitchen. A couple of weeks ago I discovered that you can buy standalone doors in some online shops but I have been trying to find this exact door model without any luck. The doors seem to be shaker with an orangish vinyl that has wood grain. I have ordered many door samples in different webs but none match. Can anyone help identifying where I can buy replacement doors?
