After recently having my soffit and facia cleaned, one of the vents has fallen out and smashed. I have been unable to locate the same vent to buy anywhere. I have taken a couple of pictures and am posting them here in the hope that some of you may have come across this particular type before. The dimensions of the vent are 11.5 inches by 4.5 inches.
There are (were) two plastic sping clips attached to the vent, which enabled it to just be pushed up into place through the sofft. There are no identifying marks whatsoever on the vent. You can see one of the clips in the picture, though it is no longer attached to the vent. I could not locate the other clip.
