help mixer tap on sink

Please help i have had a sink fitted about 2-3 mths ago
The stem on the mixer taps is moveing about it is suppose to stay still but it has become loose.
basically i dont no how to tighten it up to stop it movin looked under sink and it is round with two flexi pipes cold hot and a little gold pipe how and what do itighten to stop it movin

any help appreciated
