Help, no heating.

Hi. i have an Alpha CB24X boiler installed in my house. problem is that since this morning i've had no hot water or heating.
The 2 LED,s are flashing alternately, which acording to the manual says that the water pressure in the system is to low. This is confirmed by the pressure gauge which is showing just under 0.5 bar, well below the "normal" green section.
Question is can i do anything about it or is this a case of calling an expert out? I have no plumbing experience. Thanks in advance.

check ur manual for "toping up the system"

Nothing in the manual about topping up, just says ring the helpline, which the MRS did and the numbrer's no longer in use.
