help please with leaking tap

hi all

hoping someone can help me

just bought a house and the tap is leaking from the spout (dripping)

I have tried to work it out but cannot get the tap off (no obvious screws)

im a diy novice so uploaded a pic.

even if someone can tell me the manufacturer I will google advice.

One or both washers will need replacing (may as well do both), if you're wanting it off until it's fixed, have a look for isolation valves underneath.
