help please with worcester 24i

Hi wondering if you can help at all?

I have put on a new automatic purger and a primary overflow, on my worseter 24i combi boiler (not the junior, its the standard one.) as it was leaking through the automatic purger and the overflow had a crack.

when i put the central heating on the pressure rises till i turned it off.

pressure outlet activated at 1.8 bar. (for the water)

is there something else i should be doing? any help would be appreciated

Check the expansion vessel pressure.

many thanks i think i have it sorted ..repressurising it has done the trick

its your expansion vessel stick a screw driver in the valve if waters comes out take the boiler of the wall and change it alternativly it might just need pumping up

also check the pressure relief valve and open the prv when you pump up the vessel
